"Undone by Deceit" by Falon Gold

My Thoughts...

This was quite a lovey story involving Mahogany. Majesty and Chance along with some other very interesting characters that will keep you turning the pages from the beginning to the end to see what was coming next.  You will find a lots of hilarious moments that will have you laughing out loud. It is so interesting to see these two [Mahogany & Chance] go back and forth until finally they seem to get it.  Be ready for a lots of drama, secrets and family issues that will keep coming until they get the message that they love each other no matter what all the reasons that had happened.  In the end will Mahogany and Chance get their HEA?  Well to see how well this author brings it all out to the reader you will have to pick up this well written story and see how well this it was delivered. I loved the ending!

My Thoughts.....

I found this novel a very good read where you will find Athena one control person that will find at times  leave you shaking your head.  And then their was Tommy who you may find him him losing his temper at times but when it came to what he wanted he would definitely be found going after it and not taking no for a answer.  I did find several scenes that had me laughing so very hard.  Yes, this was quite a enjoyable read.  I liked the way this author wrote and separated the l's.  I could read it and thoroughly understand the story quite well and even thinking it was uniquely done. 

I found most of the characters somewhat complex but still so very interesting that will definitely keep you turning the pages to see what is coming next.

So, will Athena finally get the happiness she so well deserved?  With these two having that sizzling chemistry will they both who have had some many personal problems be able to finally get their HEA?  To find out you will have to pick up "Charm School Night Play:  Lesson 3" to find out.  Would I recommend?  YES!

My Thoughts.....

If you love reads of intensed second chance love that will have a lots of emotional twists, memories, heartbreaks to redemption and love then this is definitely the read for you.This is definitely one of those loves that should have never been walk away from in the first place however, I could see that Noah was doing what he felt was right.   

We find that the two main characters Kiki and Noah have been on a roller coaster 'to hell and back' will they be able to get finally  their HEA? For reason why these two had separated due to what Noah had done to Darla. Now as his life changes due to his wife and daughter death and it seems like he still had feeling for Kiki after seeing her again. Will Kiki be there for him as he seems to have come back into her life after ten years?  What about her 'huge music career?  Well, the story gets more interesting as you keep turning the pages where we see that these lives would have to be rekindled. We find Kiki now that she is divorced from her husband and Noah is widowed.  

The author presents quite a story as we see how these two being drawn together once again. I will say I did like how time that was taken to heal before they tried to start once again. There was definitely the hot chemistry between these two but will Noah be able to 'give his heart a second chance at love?'  This will definitely be a 'unique twist on a second chance love.' Will these two get this HEA and find their way back to each other?  To find out the answers to these questions and so much more you will have to pick up "Wicked Torture" to see how this story all comes out especially that epilogue.

My Thoughts.....

What a read that will definitely leave you 'speechless.'  The characters from Linx, Reesee, Angel, Vincent to Harriet to name a few will definitely give the reader quite a dramatic read.  I don't know who I felt more sorrier for between Reesee and Angel.  To me they both were quite a trip!  Those two....Linx and Vincent ...really?  Anyway we are left with a cliffhanger... 'To be continued....So, we are left  wondering what is happening!   So, be ready for a very interesting read that will keep you turning the pages to see what is going to happen next with these characters..

My Thoughts...

This was quite a good read that these authors gives the readers.  It was quite interesting seeing Dorian Gallagher and Charlotte [Charlie] Herrick becoming friends and then on to lovers.  With Dorian having to leave LA  to Tennessee due so some of his previous actions taken with a married woman.  So, now he is in Tennessee to set up the 'family's newest theme park' and trying to stay on the low due to his indiscretion so not to be followed by this married woman husband goons that maybe out to get him.

On wanting to get 'some new ink' who does Dorian meet?  Well, it's Charlie who was quite some 'dark beauty, free spirit, drives a big truck, rides a motorcycle and carries a gun.'  How will Dorian fit in all of this after they meet?

Well, this will be a cute romance with some mystery and suspense that will keep one turning the pages to see what is coming next.  It was some read seeing out these two come together giving us a good read as both of these families will come together.  I loved the characters in the read who were all for the most part well developed, portrayed and believable keeping the story up front and center.

In the end will this 'Amusement Park Prince get his princess with a HEA?'  Well, you will have to pick up "Under His Skin" to see how these authors bring it all out to the readers. Would I recommend?  YES!

My Thoughts....

All that is left to say is wow! What a read with so much drama with all of the interesting characters whether it was with Shayla, Starr, Romeo, Desmond, Eviva, Dro, Ashley, Kim, Tyree and even Quay?  Be ready for quite a roller coaster ride because this author really gives the reader quite a well written journey that is still not completely finished yet as we are left once again in a cliffhanger wondering who is still alive.

"Since I Had You" by Roy Glen

My Thoughts....

I didn't know what to expect when I first started reading this novel but as I continued on through the read, I really found that I enjoyed how well this author gives the readers quite a unique love story.  Yes, maybe it was of a love that shouldn't have happened but it does so how will these two main characters make it out of this situation.  Starting from just coworkers getting together after work, then to more of an affair where these two just loved communicating  with each other.  From that well other things start to happen. Now to put the icing on the cake both of these two were married to their spouses.  I kept saying why didn't each of their spouses know something was up...well later it is revealed that one of the spouses did know.  Anyway, I loved how this author brings it all out so well in 'what done in the dark...will come to light in the out.'  So, what will happen as Chris and Brooke move on with their lives with their spouses?  I will stop here and just say you will have to pick up "Since I Had You" to see how well this author gives the reader a well written love story that will definitely put a smile on your face especially with that ending.

"The Thursday Night Club and Other Stories of Christmas Spirit" by Steven Manchester

My Thoughts.....

What a beautiful collection of three short stories that will really grip the reader especially doing this Christmas season that is very much full of  'emotions, spirit and faith.'

 'The Thursday Night Club' ...we have five college friends that soon changed to four due to a horrible accident. I loved what this group of friends did in order to honor the memory of their dear friend.  This story turned out to be a very inspirational read  that would definitely be one importance read especially during the Christmas season.   It was indeed wonderful seeing as these friends 'undertake the contest, the healing begins as they even  become inspired beyond their expectations.' 

'A Christmas Wish'....Another wonderful story of who a Italian matriarch, Mama that is there for her grandchildren as she shares not only her 'experience, wisdom but so importantly her unconditional love.'  Will the granddaughter Steph be able to learn to have faith and courage and not be afraid of her life?'  What about the grandson Brian? Will they 'both be able to finally find the courage to be true to themselves?' 

'The Tin Foil Manager'....What will happen when a geriatric  nurse Jeanne decides that she will not let Nancy Guillmette who is suffering from dementia give up?  I liked how Jeanne pushed Nancy into remembering her 'favorite childhood Christmas memories of retelling Christmas legends from around the world' that had been told to her by her father a long time ago. In doing this it was beautiful seeing how Nancy remember being loved.  I loved how this memorizing brought back even through smiles and tears that special gift that was greatly shared among the two which helped Nancy regain the will to even want to live. 

All three of these reads will definitely get one into the holiday spirit and put a smile on your face as you are turning the pages of these well written stories.  Would I recommend "The Thursday Night Club and Other Stories of Christmas Spirit?"   YES!

My Thoughts....

This was quite a thoughtful good Christmas read that will keep your attention all the way till the end.  What will happen for Merry Knight when her mother and brother [Patrick] decide to give her a special birthday present which happened to be on December 24th? What will she do when Merry finds out that she has been signed up on a dating website... 'Mix and Mingle' due to the fact that she worked all the time and had been so busy with college [taking out a year out to work] and the upcoming holidays?  Merry's mom  has MS, a son with special needs and a husband that travels with working a lots. So, she felt that life was passing Merry by and just wanted to do something special for her. Well, for Merry everything was looking up for her until she finds out she has been signed up with a certain person that she didn't care for. Merry Knight and  Jayson Bright [her boss] didn't get along very well almost clashing on just about everything at work.  However, it seemed like Merry and Jayson liked chatting together behind their computer screens.  What will happen when Merry finds out just who her on line date is? Will these two be able to come together as it was with each of these two individuals come from different backgrounds?   We find Merry was born near the Christmas holiday and even the spell of her name showed how much she loved all there was to offer about the holiday, however, Jayson was more of what one would call a 'Scrooge' which he never had any good memories of that holiday. So, yes they both have different childhoods but with them both wanting something more meaningful and real in their lives will there be a  friendship that will develop more for each other? To find out what all happens you will have to pick up "Merry and Bright" to see how well this author will bring out the 'romance, drama and misunderstanding and in the end a very happy "Merry and Bright" Christmas all out so very well to the reader.  Yes, this story maybe a little predictable story but still a good read.

I liked how this author was able to give the reader quite a emotional heart-warming read with a host of well developed characters that will give the readers one memorable and delightful holiday story. This is also definitely one of those reads that will get one in the mood for a good fun family Christmas season.
